Public transport: U1 metro station Südtirolerplatz, S-Bahn train station Südbahnhof, and a number of tram and bus connections.
Public transport to the airport: City Airport Train (CAT) to Wien Mitte; take tram O from there (towards Migerkastraße) to Fasangasse.
Or from Wien Mitte take the S1 train (towards Wiener Neustadt Hauptbahnhof) to Südtirolerplatz.
Either the S7 in the direction of Floridsdorf to Südbahnhof station or by airport bus to Südbahnhof station.
