In Mexico, a tourist tax may be charged per room per night. The tax is charged to guests at the booked accommodation and must be paid at check-in in cash or by credit card. The tax is passed on to the authorities by the hoteliers.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be adhered to. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
